Whether booked online or in the store, you should receive a booking confirmation. If you haven't seen your confirmation, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still do not see a confirmation, please call us at 252-888-5858 so that we can ensure that we have the correct email address on file.
When making your booking, you are asked to provide a credit card to confirm your reservation. Like a hotel, this merely holds the reservation. You will not be charged until the day your reservation is set to begin. We will call that morning to take final payment. We will need your credit card number again at that time as we do not save unsecured credit card information, for your protection.
Due to the importance of a good fit, we cannot deliver helmets. We want to make sure your helmet is comfortable and secure, so head on over to our shop!
